Each year the Aviation Club UK hold seven lunch events which are open to Members and their invited guests. Tickets are currently priced at £70 (inc VAT) for Members and £85 (inc VAT) for guests and can be booked and paid for online. There is no limit to the number of guests a Member may bring. The lunches are held at the Institute of Directors at 116 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5ED, with an average of 160 attendees at each function and plenty of opportunity to connect with industry peers and expand your industry contacts.
Typically starting at noon with a pre-lunch drinks reception each lunch offers an excellent platform for business, hospitality and networking in a friendly club-like environment. Lunch attendees sit down to a three course meal accompanied by wine at 12.35pm and enjoy a topical speech from an industry figurehead. Lunches finish at 2.30pm, but many members and their guests choose to continue their discussions in the Bar at the IoD.
Should you need to stay in touch with clients or the office, the Aviation Club UK and IoD have partnered to offer lunch attendees the opportunity of working from the IoD for the remainder of the day. There is fast complimentary wifi access from Café Duke on the lower ground floor and a comfortable air conditioned area to work from.
