Club Lunches

Each year the Aviation Club UK hold a series of lunch events which are open to Members and their invited guests.  Subsidised tickets for members are priced at £90.00 (inc VAT) each, and guest tickets £114.00 (inc VAT) each.  Tickets can be booked and paid for online.  There is no limit to the number of guests a Member may bring.  The lunches are either held at the Royal Automobile Club (RAC) at 89 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5HS, or at the Royal Over-Seas League (ROSL), Over Seas House, Park Place, St James’s, London SW1A 1LR. 

Typically starting at noon with a pre-lunch drinks reception a Club lunch offers an excellent platform for business networking and hospitality in a friendly, relaxed environment.  A pre-lunch Reception starts at noon followed by a three course meal, accompanied by wine.  Each lunch has a guest speaker, who delivers a topical speech.  The list of all past speakers can be found here or in the ‘SPEAKERS’ section of the website.  Lunches finish no later than 3:00pm, after which many members and their guests choose to continue their discussions more informally in a nearby bar.

Online payments:  Online payments are made safely and securely through the Stripe gateway.  Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards are accepted.  No payment card details are retained by the Aviation Club UK.

Refund policy:  Refunds will be made on cancellations received ten working days prior to an event, less a £15 (inc VAT) administration charge.  After this period, no refunds will be given, and any cancellations or no-shows will be subject to full charge.
