Club Lunches
Each year the Aviation Club UK hold a series of lunch events which are open to Members and their invited guests. Subsidised tickets for members are priced at £96.00 (inc VAT) each, and guest tickets £117.00 (inc VAT) each. Tickets can be booked and paid for online. There is no limit to the number of guests a Member may bring. The lunches are either held at the Royal Automobile Club (RAC) at 89 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5HS, or at the Royal Over-Seas League (ROSL), Over Seas House, Park Place, St James’s, London SW1A 1LR.
Typically starting at noon with a pre-lunch drinks reception a Club lunch offers an excellent platform for business networking and hospitality in a friendly, relaxed environment. A pre-lunch Reception starts at noon followed by a three course meal, accompanied by wine. Each lunch has a guest speaker, who delivers a topical speech. Lunches finish no later than 3:00pm, after which many members and their guests choose to continue their discussions more informally in a nearby bar.

2025 Lunch Dates and Speakers (lunchtime sessions start at noon GMT unless otherwise advised):
Wednesday 19 February 2025: Lunch with honoured guest Anko van der Werff, CEO SAS. Held at the RAC, Pall Mall, London.
Wednesday 30 April 2025: Club AGM followed by lunch with honoured guest Turkka Kuusisto, CEO Finnair. Held at the Royal Over-Seas League, St James’s, London.
Wednesday 25 or Thursday 26 June 2025: Club lunch at the Royal Over-Seas League, St James’s London. Date and honoured guest tbc.
Wednesday 17 or Thursday 18 September 2025: Club lunch at the QE2 Conference Centre. Date and honoured guest tbc.
Wednesday 5 or Thursday 6 November 2025: Club lunch at the Royal Over-Seas League, St James’s, London. Date and honoured guest tbc.
Wednesday 10 December 2025: Club Christmas lunch with honoured guest Dina Ben Tal Ganancia, CEO EL AL.
Online payments: Online payments are made safely and securely through the Stripe gateway. Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards are accepted. No payment card details are retained by the Aviation Club UK.
Refund policy: Refunds will be made on cancellations received ten working days prior to an event, less a £15 (inc VAT) administration charge. After this period, no refunds will be given, and any cancellations or no-shows will be subject to full charge.
